The location is central. It has a great selection of meals to offer, the food is great.

The room I got was set up nicely with balconies and a big bathroom. The hotel's location was top-notch, and the staff were super friendly and helpful 😊. Another great thing was that it only took a quick 5-minute drive to get to the American Museum of Ceramic Art.

Liked my 1 night stay. The hotel was clean with very friendly efficient and excellent staff. The restaurant was good with fresh food from their own gardens, I tried tasty dishes. Great services were available. Plus, Wi-Fi throughout the property was really handy. The venue was nice looking and in a central location. The area was safe, a lovely base for me.

The personnel are friendly and accommodating. The location is convenient, close to the Los Angeles County Fairgrounds and airports, but set in a tranquil rural area.

As a tourist, I loved the beautifully landscaped hotel grounds with plenty of seating areas, including Adirondack chairs under strung lights. The patio outside the hotel restaurant was cozy with strung lights, a fireplace, and a big tree. Inside, the hotel was always clean and inviting. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. The room was spacious with the option to separate the bedroom from the living area. It had two large-screen TVs and a very comfortable bed. I also appreciated the separate shower and toilet from the counter space. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the conference center, which was beautifully decorated, made attending the business award ceremony convenient.

The room is a nice size with a comfy bed, climate control, and a couch bed. Plenty of breakfast options available. The pool area is lovely. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The venue is centrally located near local colleges, looking good and quiet.

Clean hotel, liked to be so close to the ultimate getaway, and the Los Angeles County Fairgrounds thanks to beautiful location. The food served was good! Had a nice size and well-kept a double room with balconies and wake-up service was available in it.

The convenience of the hotel's location to the Pomona Fair was a major advantage. We were able to enjoy the event without worrying about a long drive home late at night. The Sheraton made our Fair trip a breeze!

While the rooms were large and comfortable, the slow service at the hotel restaurant was a letdown. We witnessed others quickly enjoying a buffet-style breakfast while our food took over an hour to arrive.
